How to see how much data is in Workplace from Meta
- Note that Workplace closed and deleted all instances on June 1, 2026
- Find any data download or Graph API export your team saved before May 31, 2026
- Right-click the saved folder → Get Info (Mac) or Properties (Windows) and note its size
Record the size of any saved Workplace export; if nothing was saved, record that the data no longer exists.

How to get a copy of your Workplace from Meta data
Workplace from Meta has closed. System admins could download organization data from the Admin Panel until May 31, 2026, but that option is no longer available.
Meta says Workplace closed in May 2026, so the only data left is whatever your team downloaded before then. Check for an existing export file.
