How to get a copy of your Snowflake data
- Sign in to Snowsight and open a worksheet
- Run a query such as SELECT * FROM your_table
- In the Results pane, click Download results and choose CSV
- For very large tables, ask your admin to run COPY INTO a stage and GET the files
Data can be unloaded to cloud storage with COPY INTO or exported through a connector.
Time-travel and stage storage are counted separately from tables.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
