How to see how much data is in ServiceTitan
- Sign in to ServiceTitan as an admin
- Open Reports and run a report on jobs (or customers/locations) for All Time
- Note the row count for jobs, customers and locations
- Ask your ServiceTitan account manager for your attachment and call-recording storage totals
ServiceTitan has no self-serve storage page; record counts of customers, locations and jobs, plus the years of history, and ask support for file and recording volume.
How to get a copy of your ServiceTitan data
- Sign in with reporting access
- Open the report you need and clear any filters
- Run the report
- Click Export above the results
- Choose XLSX or PDF
After running a report, click Export above the results and choose XLSX or PDF. Many legacy reports also offer CSV.
Active filters limit what is exported, so clear them first. Each report is exported separately.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
