Data guides
Ramp: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Ramp
- Sign in to Ramp as an owner or admin
- Open Expenses → Transactions and set the date range to all time
- Note the transaction count, then check Reimbursements, Bill Pay and Vendors the same way
- Note the date range covered
Ramp has no storage page; record the number of card transactions, reimbursements and bills, and how far back they go.
How to get a copy of your Ramp data
- Sign in as an Owner or Admin
- Go to Expenses → Transactions
- Filter to the date range you need
- Click the download icon (use Export settings to add columns)
- Save the CSV or open the emailed link
Owners and Admins can download company-wide card transactions from Expenses → Transactions using the download icon, which produces a CSV. Other tables (Reimbursements, Bill Pay, Vendors, People) have their own download icon.
Large files may be emailed instead of downloaded. Card exports show only the last four digits of card numbers, and Managers only get their own team's data.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
