How to see how much data is in Paper contracts

  1. Count filing cabinets, drawers or boxes holding contracts
  2. Estimate pages per drawer or box
  3. Note the years covered

Record number of boxes or drawers and an estimated page count; one standard banker's box holds about 2,500 pages.

How to get a copy of your Paper contracts data

  1. Gather all contract files and binders in one place
  2. Make a simple list of each contract: party, date, and where it is filed
  3. Scan each contract to PDF, one file per contract, named party_date
  4. Save the PDFs and the list to one shared folder and keep the originals filed

Paper would need scanning; describe the volume in boxes or folders.

Nothing is transferred at this stage; describe what exists.

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
