- Sign in to Mixpanel as an Owner or Billing Admin

- Click View Historical Usage to see past months
Record monthly events (and the total over the months you keep); counts are summed across all projects.
Mixpanel’s official instructions
How to get a copy of your Mixpanel data
- Sign in to your project
- Open the Events view and run your query
- Click Load More until the rows you need are shown
- Click Export to download a CSV
- For full history, have a developer use the Raw Event Export API
Users can export small batches from the Events view with the Export button (CSV). The full raw history comes from the Raw Event Export API as JSON lines.
UI exports only include rows that are loaded on screen, and the API is rate-limited, so a full export usually needs a developer.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
