Data guides
Klaviyo: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Klaviyo
- Sign in to Klaviyo as an Owner, Admin or Manager
- Go to Audience → Profiles and note Total profiles
- Optionally open Billing → Overview to see active profile usage
- Note how many campaigns and flows you have
Record Total profiles, not active profiles: total includes suppressed and non-email profiles, which also hold data.

How to get a copy of your Klaviyo data
- Sign in as an Owner, Admin or Analyst
- Go to Audience → Lists & segments
- Open the list or segment (create an all-profiles segment to get everyone)
- Open the Manage menu and choose the CSV export
- Pick the properties and download the file
Owner, Admin or Analyst users go to Audience → Lists & segments, open a list or segment, and choose the CSV export from the Manage menu. To export everyone, first create a segment of all profiles.
List and segment exports leave out event history and messages received, and they are capped at 700 columns.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
