How to see how much data is in Gorgias
- Sign in to Gorgias as an owner or admin
- Go to Settings → Account → Billing & usage → Usage & Plans to see billable tickets this cycle
- For the total, open Statistics and set the date range as wide as possible
- Note the number of tickets created
Gorgias has no storage page; record total tickets, not just this cycle's billable tickets (only tickets with a reply are billable).
Gorgias’s official instructions
How to get a copy of your Gorgias data
- Sign in as owner, admin or lead
- Go to Inbox and select a view
- Tick the header box and select all tickets in the view
- Click the three dots → Export tickets
- Open the emailed link within 14 days
The account owner, admins and leads can open Inbox, pick a view, select tickets, then use the three-dot menu → Export tickets. Gorgias emails a CSV download link. Message text is only available from an Analytics drill-down export.
The view export doesn't include message text, and the download link expires after 14 days.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
