Epicor: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Epicor
- Confirm which Epicor product you use (Kinetic, Prophet 21, Eclipse or other)
- Ask your Epicor administrator or partner for the database size
- Ask for record counts on the key tables (customers, orders, invoices, parts)
- Note the size and the years of history covered
Epicor doesn't show storage to normal users; the database size usually comes from your administrator, Epicor partner or Epicor Cloud support.
How to get a copy of your Epicor data
- Ask your Epicor administrator or partner which export method your version supports
- Have them build or choose a BAQ for the data you need
- Run the query for the date range you need
- Export the results to Excel or CSV
Epicor has several ERP products (Kinetic, Prophet 21, Eclipse and others), and exports work differently in each. In Kinetic, data is usually pulled with Business Activity Queries (BAQs) and exported to Excel or CSV. An administrator or Epicor partner usually sets this up.
Grid exports can be limited by version and only include the rows and columns shown, so large histories usually need a BAQ-based export run by an administrator.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
