How to see how much data is in eBay Seller Hub

  1. Sign in to Seller Hub
  2. Open the Listings tab and note the counts for Active, Unsold and Sold
  3. Open the Orders tab and note how far back order history goes
  4. For exact numbers, use Reports → Download → Download report and count rows (orders are limited to 90-day ranges)

Record active listings, sold items and order count; eBay shows no storage figure, and order reports cover at most 90 days at a time.

How to get a copy of your eBay Seller Hub data

  1. Sign in to Seller Hub
  2. Open the Orders tab (Manage orders)
  3. Filter to the orders and dates you need
  4. Click Download report
  5. Save the CSV

In Seller Hub, go to Orders (Manage orders) and click Download report to get a CSV of every order in the current results. Payments transaction reports and the Reports tab offer more CSV/XLSX downloads.

The orders download only covers what your current filters show, and returns and refunds come from the payments transaction report.

eBay Seller Hub’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
