How to see how much data is in Clover

  1. Sign in to the Clover web Dashboard as the owner or an admin
  2. Open Items → Item list and note how many items are listed
  3. Open Customers → Customer list and note how many customers are listed
  4. For order history, run a sales or orders report for the full date range you keep

Record item, customer and order counts; Clover shows no storage figure, and if a list shows no total, export it and count the rows.

How to get a copy of your Clover data

  1. Sign in to the Clover dashboard
  2. Go to Reports → Order types
  3. Choose the date range
  4. Click Export (top right) for a CSV
  5. For ranges over 3 months, use the emailed link or Reports → Requested Reports

From the Clover web dashboard, open a report such as Reports → Order types, choose a date range, and click Export for a CSV.

Date ranges over three months become a report request that is emailed to you, and you need the matching report permission.

Clover’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
