How to see how much data is in Brex

  1. Sign in to Brex as an account or card admin
  2. Open Expenses and set the date range to all time
  3. Note the number of expenses shown
  4. Open your name → Statements and documents and note how many months of statements exist

Brex has no storage page; record expense counts and the months of statements available.

How to get a copy of your Brex data

  1. Sign in as an account admin or bookkeeper
  2. Go to Expenses
  3. Use the gear icon to choose columns and filters
  4. Click Download and pick a format
  5. Tick Include receipts in download if needed

Account admins, card admins and bookkeepers can download card expenses from Expenses → Download (CSV and other formats). Business account activity is under Accounts → View all accounts → Export, and statements are under your name → Statements and documents.

Receipts are only included if you tick Include receipts in download, and statements come as PDFs, not spreadsheets.

Brex’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
