BigCommerce: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in BigCommerce
- Sign in to the BigCommerce control panel
- Open Products and note the total number of products
- Open Orders → View and Customers and note those totals
- Note how many years of orders the store holds
BigCommerce has no storage meter; record product, order and customer counts (files uploaded via WebDAV are separate).
How to get a copy of your BigCommerce data
- Sign in with Export Orders permission
- Go to Orders → Export Orders
- Choose the Default or a custom template
- Select CSV and click Continue → Start export
- Click Download my Orders file
Users with Manage Orders and Export Orders permissions can go to Orders → Export Orders, pick a template, choose CSV or XML, and click Download my Orders file. Customers and products have their own Export pages.
Incomplete orders and some fields are left out unless you build a custom template, and B2B Edition data must be exported separately.
