How to see how much data is in Adobe Acrobat Sign

  1. Sign in to Acrobat Sign as an account admin
  2. Open the Reports tab and choose Agreements
  3. Create a report with the Agreement volume trend chart
  4. Set the date range to cover all your history
  5. Note the agreement totals by status (use View raw data for the list)

Acrobat Sign shows no storage figure; record the number of agreements, and note that classic and modern reporting count slightly differently.

How to get a copy of your Adobe Acrobat Sign data

  1. Confirm you are on an enterprise-level plan
  2. Get Adobe's Bulk Download tool for Windows or Mac
  3. Run it to download your signed agreements
  4. On other plans, open Manage, select an agreement and use Download PDF

Admins on enterprise-level plans can download all signed agreements at once with Adobe's Bulk Download tool. Otherwise, agreements are downloaded one by one as PDFs from the Manage page.

The Bulk Download tool only covers fully signed agreements and only enterprise-level plans, so smaller plans face a slow one-by-one download.

Adobe Acrobat Sign’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
